How to Tie a Shiner Rig

Shinner escaped this close call, but the bass didn't! 

Shinner fishing is very simple and extremely effective. It's a superb live bait option that's sure to produce a lot of bites. Here's the rig we like to use for shinners. 

Rig:

• 14 lb test fluorocarbon
• 2 small split shots
• 2/O shinner hook
