The best thing about bass is that they can be found all over the country, but for so many, traveling can cause worry when attaching a boat, on top of a trailer, behind your truck. Luckily, for us, we never have to worry with the B&W Trailer Hitch, and can take our boat anywhere we choose without any fear of unlatching. This past week, weβve been traveling to Tennessee and North Carolina, in search for the biggest bass we could find in the South, and have used B&W every mile of the way. B&W Trailer Hitch is built for safety and security in mind, and has a lifetime guarantee; itβs just that good.

The winter season can bring about trouble for boat owners who live in areas that experience cold winters. The freezing of water can cause serious damage to your boat in addition to the rough winter weather. Winterizing your boat is key to long term protection during the off season and to prevent any costly repairs. No matter what type of boat or engine you have, these general steps will help maintain your boat over the winter and have it ready to hit the water next season.
When I'm traveling all around the country, there's nothing more important to me than reliability out there on the road when I'm trying to tow my boat to the next tournament to the next fun fishing trip or here filming Sweetwater.
Ned Rig fishing has taken the fishing industry by storm over the past few years and one of my favorite variations is what I call the βNed Meek.β With the Ned Meek I use the Z-Man TRD MinnowZ, I use this because it is the best bait to imitate shad. The thing about shad is that they donβt lay on the bottom and they are always moving. Itβs a great vertical technique for dropping down and holding the bait about a foot off the bottom and teasing fish into bitting.
The weather is one of the most unpredictable parts about fishing. Having cold fronts leads to muddy waters, and brings uncertainty about bass finding your bait. For these types of conditions, Black and Blue is one of the best baits to use. This bait is dark enough for the bass to distinguish, but has that pop of blue that catches their attention.

Living in an area that doesnβt have a winter season can seem like a blessing to boaters. You donβt have to worry about winterizing your boat or protecting it from the snow and freezing temperatures. However, living in sunny climates can also be a bad thing for your boat. Constant exposure from the sunβs UV rays can cause damage to different parts of your boat, resulting in avoidable repairs and costs.
